The UAE has eased the requirements for obtaining a 2-year Property Owner Visa.
Previously, investors were required to own property worth at least AED 750,000 to apply. Under the new rules:
- Single property owners can now apply with no minimum property value
- Multiple owners must each hold a share worth at least AED 400,000
This change makes UAE residency through property ownership more accessible and opens up new opportunities for investors.
