Either a Title deed OR Initial Contract of Sale for a property in Dubai. The stated property value on the title deed should be a minimum of 2 million AED for a 10-year visa.
A passport copy (passport should have more than 6 months validity).
Previous Emirates ID copy (if available).
A digital photo on a white background.
Health insurance coverage from a UAE-based insurance provider.

You must be in the country at the start of the visa application and can not leave the UAE until the process is complete. You will be able to travel abroad as soon as the e-visa is ready, even before receiving your UAE ID.
