Public Relationship Officer

As a PRO, you’ll be at the intersection of government affairs and public relations. Handling government documentation and processes is a significant part of the job, alongside building and managing the company’s public image.

The Public Relationship Officer. will be responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, company registration, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effectively coordination between the company and government authorities.
• Deliver fast, efficient, and dependable services for various government-related tasks, including entry permits, immigration-related tasks,  consulate affairs, and business licenses.
• Proficiency in processing both company liquidations and business setups within defined timeframes.
• Continuously facilitate communication and coordination between the company and government organizations.
• Ensure reliable services for all government-related tasks, particularly related to business licenses.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar role
• Strong background of The UAE Labor law
• Proven experience in managing various government-related tasks such as employment permits, visas, and medical examinations.
• Ability to respond effectively to the needs of businesses and employees, providing them with comprehensive support for all government-related services.
• Excellent communication skills in English language
• Knowledge of Arabic is beneficial
• Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies.
