We wanted to visit UK in February 2026. I contacted The Visa Service to take their Service. Initially Mr. Mustafa helped me to finalise the initial procedures and remained a helpful member till the end.
After the initial procedures, our files were transferred to Ms Reshma, case manager for us. We were so lucky to have her as our case manager. Because, eventhough
we only wanted to apply a UK visa, she said first apply UK and go for a holding of our passports in hand so that we may try for a schegen visa also in the gap. We took her advice. All documents were meticulously prepared by her in such a way that our UK and Schegen visas were approved in just10 days time.

There is no option to give less than one star to this company. A mistake by an employee resulted in applying for a country different from the one I intended to travel to. I was even forced to attend the appointment and travel to this country. The main issue is the way they handled the situation after the mistake occurred. This company only HELPS to collect a beautiful set of documents and draw up an application form and gives reservations for hotels or air tickets and a place to submit documents. All this does not mean that you will successfully obtain a Schengen visa! During the application process at the visa center, I saw most of the refusals for Russian Citizens and you need to be emotionally and financially prepared for this! No guarantees! The guys work beautifully and on stream - but to no avail.

My experience was positive and although we had some unexpected challenges they managed to help us throughout the process.
We needed a Visa to bring our maid with us in Italy during our summer vacation.
We found out it was impossible to get her an appointment with the Italian embassy and therefore we asked help to "The Visa Services".
Our advisor Kseniia advised us to apply for a Visa that would allow her to enter the Schengen space instead of a single country.
As we were short in time we bought a premium service that would give her an appointment within 1 month with the embassy of a country that is part of the Schengen area.
She managed to find her an appointment at the Swiss embassy within the requested timeframe and took care of all the formalities and the whole process was rather smooth. The embassy issued the Schengen Visa within one week from the appointment and we thought we were all set to go.
We took our plane to Italy while our maid was supposed to join us through Switzerland later during the day.
Unfortunately, she got denied the boarding to her plane, as the check-in officer said she needed to be accompanied by her sponsor during the travel.
We promptly contacted our agent Kseniia who enquired the Swiss embassy about it: turned out they had recently changed the rules, and they were not allowing anymore maids and nannies to travel alone without their sponsor. It was awesome experience for us with VISA Services . We had their service for our US VISA , it was very professional, accommodating and personal support from them . Two persons we would like to mention by name are first Ms.Thet Su Mar who gave us confidence and handled our application and started our process; other one Ms. Begaim, who was our VISA assistant, managed all our documents, appointments and help us at each level till we got our passports in our hands with US VISA stamping.

I had a problem with availability of appointment for the Shengen visa. I couldn't book it for any country for the next month. Honestly I didn't hope that Visa can catch the slot they did it in 2 days. I paid for the service on Thursday and on Monday next week I was in the Swiss Consultate Abu-Dhabi. Not cheap service but it worth it. Big thanks to Tatiana and Dmytro. Very professional and quick work.

I needed to apply for Shengen visa in 2 weeks time frame, my manager Julia was always in touch, very attentive and checking every document so carefully, I got my appointment in time, we prepared all documents and Julia prepared cover letter for me to make it clear my goal of visiting Europe, I got my shengen multi entry for 1 year (being Russian citizen) just in 6 days, amazing job, I definitely recommend.
Update: my next Shengen visa process went so smooth and I got 2 years this time, still with Julia, I can't recommend this agency enough, so happy to work with you guys

I had to get an interview for a tourist visa to the US. Visa Services and I had good communication and the interview appointment was arranged within our timeframe. Not sure if it should cost as much as it did to do something I've done myself many times (for free) while living in the US prior to the UAE, but they did what they said they would. Good stuff.

I applied for the Schengen Visa, for the first time under the URGENT category. My case manager, Faridoon, was very meticulous and organized in asking me for and gathering all my documents, in such a manner that my visa application process was so smooth at the VFS centre, my visa got APPROVED in TWO DAYS!!

I contacted the Visa Services in the summer, but what they gave me was maybe not an experienced agent/manager or they assessed my profile incorrectly.
the second time, when we applied for Schengen, I worked with Alina. (Alina Siraeva) She personally called and we began collecting the entire package of documents.
